At the time, it was one of the first of its kind to enter the marketplace, extending the service life of natural gas engines by helping them endure harsh environments and tough service situations.

Since then, vast infrastructure and fixed equipment have given way to higher output portable pumping units that are extremely efficient, but also very demanding. Once again, ConocoPhillips Lubricants innovated to meet changing needs, countering the advent of smaller crankcases and intensified horsepower by adopting newer technologies and upgraded refining methods for raw materials. In recent years, the major challenge in the NGEO industry has been compliance with emissions regulations. Located in Ponca City, Oklahoma, the ConocoPhillips Research and Development (R&D) facility occupies 7 laboratories full of state-of-the-art testing and development tools. Our highly trained and well-respected team of researchers provides expertise in all areas of lubricant development and use for ConocoPhillips Lubricants and its customers. R&D works closely with the Lubricants Product Management and Base Oil Sales and Marketing groups to consistently ensure that the highest performing, most robust products are produced by ConocoPhillips Lubricants. Technical Services Group

ConocoPhillips Lubricants' experienced Technical Services Group is the backbone of the products we sell.
